With every pull of the trigger a firing-pin activated switch allows the red laser to indicate the impact of the bullet with a bright red dot. A rubber snap cap at the rear of the cartridge protects the firing pin during a dry fire situation. Allowing you to train with your own personal firearm and practice in the comfort of your own home.

How to use
You must remove the plastic shipping plug inside the battery chamber to activate the batteries when the unit arrives. Install batteries according to the diagram below. Remove batteries for long term storage to prevent damage to the unit from battery. Use of wrong size batteries may result in damage to the unit.
The units should fit snuggly into your chamber--but never force them in with any device other than your fingers. The unit is inserted directly into the barrel--do not attempt to use a mag to load them. All units are shipped with batteries included. Units use three LR626 type batteries.
To remove the unit, use a soft wooden or plastic type dowel to force the unit out so that you do not damage the barrel. Remove from your gun after use.

What are your shipping and processing times?
Will this fit my application?
We have found that some of the new generation 9mm units with reduced bore axis will not allow the standard 9mm to be fully inserted into the barrel.
We suggest that instead of a standard 9mm that you use a 380 ACP laser bullet which is slightly shorter and seems to be fully functional in the handguns with the reduced bore axis.
To date we have found this issue applies to the Ruger SR9 and S&W bodyguard. We will keep you updated if we discover more.

Batteries?
All units are shipped with batteries included. Units use three LR626 type batteries. Batteries will last for several thousand shots.
Will This Damage My Gun?
If you own a modern firearm this is not an issue for you.
If you own an antique of any kind, as well as any revolver with a firing pin attached to the hammer, we do not recommend dry firing.
I can't see the laser?
AccuTrain is meant for short range indoor use only.
Troubleshooting/ Unit Not Turning On
In the event that your laser bullet does not work use the following for troubleshooting
1. Make sure that you have 3 correct size batteries installed with the "+" side according to the diagram. And that the shipping plastic plug is removed from the batteries. The laser will not work if the batteries are in backwards or if the plug has not been removed.
2. Use the snap cap to "short out" the batteries to the edge of the main frame. If the laser comes on, the batteries and main laser body are good and the snap cap is suspect. If the red light does not come on replace the batteries. Try again with new batteries. If the light still does not come on, the main body is probably bad.
3. Using the wrong size battery will result in damage or destroy the laser. Only use the recommended battery size. Wrong sizes may fit into the chamber. Do not assume that a battery is acceptable to use just because it fits.
